This morning I had the juice of 2 grape fruit instead of lemons to make my detox drink as I ran out of lemons. Same extra cayenne pepper + 3.5 tbsp maple syrup + 700ml water.
Had a banana first to put a bit of a layer in my stomach.
Not really hungry until 11.20am. Good. Like that ;-) Had another banana.
Another detox juice at around 12am. Busy at work so time flew by.
When I came home at around 5.30pm had a ginger tea (hot water with sliced fresh ginger - yummy). Then a handful almonds and a handful brazilian nuts.
Dinner was roasted asparagus (2 bunches) with olive oil and pepper & salt. Also had a lovely fruit juice - the first one I made with my new juicer that finally arrived today. Would recommend that juice btw : 1 full beetroot + 3 apples + 3 carrots - yummy - serves 2 big glasses or 3 medium glasses btw.
Pretty full now. One more detox juice to go this evening ;-)
Wee update on my anti-detox buddy. His food intake was absolutely filthy. Can barely believe what he actually ate ... here we go (again I wouldnt recommend this to ANYone):
Dinner last night was a special sandwich, which was and inspired by Elvis Presley (before his un-timely death).
To make it,
Fry some sausage,
fry some bacon,
put a lot of peanut butter on some bread,
place the fried meat on the peanut butter,
melt plenty of cheese over the top,
cover with mayonase and another piece of bread.
Serve with potato chips, drizzeled with tomatoe sauce for colour, and some beer.

Afterwards your mouth will feel terrible, so cleanse your palate with icecream and chocolate. You will not feel any better. You will wake up in the morning still bloated.
See also picture of lunch today. A steak pie with a poached egg on top (and beer too).
He is definately going to put some weight on.
